Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons wine or rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Use immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks (or until the earliest expiration date on your buttermilk or sour cream container) until ready to serve.
