Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Yield: 1 pie crust
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Graham Cracker Pie Crust is a crumbly and mildly sweet pie crust that
beautifully accompanies all sorts of pies (and cheesecakes), including cream pies, yogurt pies, ice cream pies, mousse pies and more. Examples of some pies that taste fabulous with this crust are Lemon Cream Cheese Pie, Key Lime Yogurt Pie and ice cream pies, such as Lemonade Ice Cream Pie and Orange Ice Cream Pie. Graham Cracker Pie Crust is easily made with crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar (brown sugar can also be used) and melted butter, and takes only 10-15 minutes in the oven. Once cooled, this delcious crust can be filled with your favorite pie filling. Photo above shows Graham Cracker Pie Crust made with white granulated sugar, though this pie crust tastes fabulous made with brown sugar as well, giving the crust a hint of butterscotch flavor.
