Dwaeji Bulgogi
Yield: 3-4 servings

Tips: Pork may be marinated overnight in refrigerator.
Suggestion: Serve alone or with rice.
Ingredients
- 14 oz. pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- Marinade
- 3 tablespoons Asian red pepper powder (see recipe description for details)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons mirin (see recipe description for details)
- pinch of black pepper
Directions
Remove any unwanted fat from pork before slicing. Place all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients to combine, then add slices of pork, moving pork pieces around with your fingers or a rubber spatula to evenly coat. Cover bowl and store in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet on medium-high, then add pork with the marinade. Stir fry until fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes). Serve immediately, alone or with rice.
