Taco Casserole takes very little effort to make, tastes great and is enjoyed by all ages. This easy casserole recipe is made with ground beef with some seasonings, a can of chili with beans, your
favorite salsa, cheddar cheese and corn or tortilla chips. This dish will satisfy big hunger at a very reasonable cost!

The above photo shows this casserole served with sides of torn lettuce, tomato slices and avocado slices, ingredients traditionally served with tacos. Taco Casserole also tastes great accompanied by sour cream and any salsa of your choice, or any other ingredients you might enjoy with tacos or similar Mexican recipes.

This recipe uses corn chips as the bottom and top layers of this casserole, but you can also use coarsely crumbled tortilla chips instead if you wish. Leftovers can be heated in the microwave, but if you'd like to crisp up the corn or tortilla chips (they tend to soften in the refrigerator), it's best if you reheat this dish in the oven (350° F. for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through, depending how much casserole you have leftover).
