Yogurt Avocado Dressing
Yield: About 1 1/4 cups
Cook Time: None.
Tips: May be made with plain or lemon yogurt.
Suggestion: Delicious served over leafy green or fruit salads or served as a garnish or dip.
Ingredients
- 6 or 7-oz. container plain or lemon yogurt (about 2/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion (tops and bottoms)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth (about 30-45 seconds). Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over salad greens or fruit salad.
