In a large 
mixing bowl, gently toss apples with lemon juice. Add grapes, celery, carrot, romaine, chicken and walnuts, and gently toss again to combine.
In a separate small 
mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream and stir until blended, then add to the salad and toss again gently until evenly coated.
